1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern access to VTSimu.com, VTS Exam Simulator, VTS Exam Designer, accounts, downloads, and related support or business services operated by Slick Global LLC.

By accessing or using a covered service, a user confirms that they have read and accepted the applicable terms and privacy notices. A user who does not agree should not use the services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

Users must be legally able to enter into the agreement in their location. Organizations may authorize personnel to use VTSimu on their behalf and remain responsible for that use.

  • Account information must be accurate and kept current.
  • Login credentials must be protected from unauthorized use.
  • Suspected account compromise should be reported promptly.

3. Products and services

VTSimu provides desktop exam simulation software, planned exam-authoring tools, account services, downloads, support, and business licensing options. Features, compatibility, pricing, and availability may vary by product or release.

VTSimu is an independent practice platform and does not guarantee certification, employment, exam results, or endorsement by a certification vendor.

4. License and permitted use

Subject to these terms, users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the software for lawful personal, educational, or authorized organizational purposes.

No ownership interest is transferred. Users may not sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass technical restrictions, or distribute modified software except where applicable law expressly permits it.

5. Exam files and user content

Users are responsible for exam files, questions, media, imports, and other content they create, obtain, or open with VTSimu. Users must have the rights and permissions needed for that content.

VTSimu does not provide unauthorized certification questions and may restrict content or activity that appears unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful.

6. Purchases, billing, and refunds

Paid products or business services may be subject to order-specific pricing, taxes, renewal terms, license quantities, and refund conditions displayed at purchase or in a separate agreement.

Customers should retain invoices and contact support promptly about billing errors. Payment processors may apply their own terms and privacy practices.

7. Intellectual property

VTSimu software, branding, site design, documentation, and original materials are owned by Slick Global LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party names, marks, and content remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to them does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

8. Prohibited conduct

Users may not misuse the services, interfere with availability or security, distribute malware, access accounts without permission, scrape protected systems, violate exam-provider rules, or use VTSimu to infringe another party's rights.

VTSimu may suspend access or take reasonable protective action when misuse, fraud, security risk, or a legal violation is suspected.

9. Third-party services and content

The services may link to downloads, payment providers, exam-content suppliers, or other third parties. VTSimu does not control third-party materials and is not responsible for their accuracy, security, availability, or terms.

10. Availability, updates, and termination

Products may be updated, replaced, limited, or discontinued. Maintenance, compatibility changes, network issues, or events outside reasonable control may interrupt access.

Users may stop using the services at any time. VTSimu may suspend or terminate access when required by law, security concerns, nonpayment, or material breach of these terms.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided on an "as available" basis. VTSimu does not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free content, compatibility with every device or file, or a particular exam outcome.

Users are responsible for backups, device security, and verifying that study materials are accurate, current, and authorized.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Slick Global LLC and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the services, loss of data, or reliance on exam content.

Any enforceable aggregate liability should be limited as stated in the approved agreement or the amount paid for the relevant service during the applicable period.

13. Indemnity, law, and disputes

Users may be required to defend and indemnify Slick Global LLC against third-party claims caused by their unlawful use, content, or breach. Governing law, venue, arbitration, class-action waiver, and consumer-right provisions must be stated in the final approved legal document.

14. Changes and contact

Terms may be updated to reflect legal, product, or operational changes. The effective date should be revised when a material update is published, and additional notice should be provided where required.

Questions can be sent to [email protected] or through the contact page. VTSimu.com is owned by Slick Global LLC.
